General Policies
In-Stock merchandise will be shipped within 1 to 4 days from date of order. Please note that Pamplin Park operates seasonally.
Shoppers will only be notified if something is no longer available.
If we can save you money on shipping an alternative way we will pass those savings on to you.
We send out International Shipments in the quickest way possible, but we are unable to ship international orders by next day or second day air.. We may need to charge you slightly more up to actual shipping cost for larger or heavier shipments. We will contact you with any problems/questions.

Order Cancellation Policies
Since orders are sometimes filled within hours of their receipt, it is very important that you contact us by phone as soon as you can to inform us not to fill the order.

Return Policies
Unused merchandise in its original packaging can be returned for a Store Credit.
All exchanges/returns must be requested within 7 days of receipt of order.
